San Luis Obispo Private Yoga Teacher Trainer Guide

Yoga can be a great foundation for self care and healthfulness. The physical postures free stuck energy and help the body gain mobility. The mindfulness practices remind us to slow down and relax. The slow pace allows us to notice our breath and our habitual holding patterns.

My favorite resources for yoga these days:

Go SLOCal! The Center and Spark Yoga both offer a variety of yoga, fitness, and barre classes with many teachers whom I love.

Shiva Rea is my favorite teacher of flow yoga and has a great online library and offers many travel retreats.

Yoga with Adrienne has great online classes and an app for those who are new to yoga and want the flexibility of online.

Glow is a great app with variety of on demand and live classes.

Find a local studio and teacher you can practice with at least once per week and your body and mind will thank you! I can’t recommend a regular, in person practice enough.

Roxy is not currently teaching a weekly yoga class in SLO but is available for private yoga sessions and teacher trainings on a request basis, reach out if interested.
