Welcome to your new resource for all things movement and wellness! Move with Rox is dedicated to highlighting the things that help us live our best life. The primary focus will be on movement - yoga, barre, fitness, hiking, any movement that is accessible to most body types and phases of life. We will also focus on mindfulness, recipes, nutrition, travel - anything that inspires us to keep up with self care because when we are better, so is everything we touch. When the body is cared for, everything else has space to become cared for, mental health, family needs, work projects. If you have anything you’d love to hear more about, be sure to let me know.
